"If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.” - Masaru Emoto

about

Wild Instincts

Walking into counseling can be challenging.  You can expect to walk into therapy feeling seen and heard with unconditional acceptance, compassion and honesty.

Maybe you're in need of support. Maybe you're feeling stuck but are unsure of where to start. Your mind, body and heart know what to do and how to heal. You are instinctively capable and driven towards healing, even if right now, it does not feel so. Sometimes, trauma and other factors block this innate ability to integrate. The process of growth takes a deep commitment to yourself.

Through collaboration, accountability, and curiosity, you will find that on the other side of therapy is clarity, choice, and freedom for how to navigate your life with more confidence.
